If you are a fan of the blue sea, medieval towns, gentle mountains all spiced up with good traditional cuisine then no doubt this tour is your best choice.
Through centuries many empires came to Montenegro and many succeeded in conquering it. No wonder why there are still remains of different architectural styles standing today still.
Our first stop is the Old Royal capital of Montenegro. It’s a living postcard with small houses, museums and a monastery from the 15th century. If you are wondering what the capital looked like in the 19th century here you will get the answer.
Just a couple of miles away lies the village of Njegusi famous for tourists today because of its old spirit and traditional cuisine.
From Njeguš down, our path leads through 25 serpentines that make probably one of the most beautiful panoramic roads in the world, overlooking the Bay of Kotor.
It’s time to visit the old town of Kotor. Legends say that it was founded 1000 years ago. The beauty of the city is made up of narrow cobbled intertwined streets and squers with churches, cathedrals surrounded by unique centuries-old walls.
The road takes us further to the old town of Budva, across the famous beach Jaz. Budva old town belongs to the most popular part of our coast, Budva Riviera.
This town is a popular summer resort for many celebrities of the Balkans but also for all locals who want a good summer vibe.
On the way back to Podgorica, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the view of the Budva Riviera and part of Skadar Lake.
